Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians!

Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or behavior analyst, or are you interested in learning more about that role? At Light of HOPE, we are always seeking full-time RBTs to help us reach our ever-growing list of children in need of ABA services.

If you already have your RBT certificate, we will help ensure you are up-to-date on HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Mandated Reporters, CPR, and Safety-Care trainings.

If you are not a certified RBT, we would love to have you come tour our ABA therapy facility and meet with us to ask more questions and learn if the field of ABA services is right for you! Should you decide to move forward and take the course to achieve your certificate, we will set you up for all of the necessary trainings. If you complete your hours and competency assessment within two weeks, you will receive a bonus to reimburse you for the cost of the certification course once you complete your 60-day orientation period with us.

We are Looking for:

We are seeking individuals for this exciting and rewarding career opportunity who have a passion for working with children in the special needs community!

Candidates should be able to follow verbal and written instructions, perform various physical tasks associated with working with children, attend work regularly and punctually, pass a background check, and complete all necessary certifications within their orientation period.

Training:

The Light of HOPE ABA therapy clinic is equipped to increase the effectiveness of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training so they are empowered to implement treatment protocols at a high level of fidelity. Because we have supervisors onsite at all times, we are able to utilize performance management interventions, including intensive competency measurements, for every staff member; all staff members are certified in the Safety-Care curriculum by our own in-house Safety-Care trainer; and we employ flexible teaching applications so that learners and staff are able to move freely throughout the entire facility.

Benefits:

Light of HOPE ABA therapy clinic offers many benefits to its staff members. As a family-owned and family-operated business, we take pride in treating our staff like family.

  • Full-time employees enjoy 80-120 hours of paid time off (PTO), plus nine paid holidays.
  • Light of HOPE covers the cost of continuing education credits (CEUs) and additional trainings, such as CPR, Safety-Care, etc. to ensure we are always providing the best ABA services possible.
  • Our staff wear scrubs, so an allowance is given twice a year for staff to purchase new scrubs.
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options are available (after a grace period).
  • We offer AFLAC as supplemental coverage.

Are you a BCBA?

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behior Analyst (BCaBA) looking to find a workplace that values the individual experiences our learners go through? At Light of Hope, we utilize person-centered care using behavior analysis strategies and interventions rooted in the compassionate care of each individual. We believe that language and communication are the pathways to functional behaviors that should occur across all of the contexts, experiences, and emotional states a learner moves through in their life.

We are Looking for:

We are seeking BCBAs or BCaBAs to supplement our ABA services who understand the application of conceptual and methodological principles of behavior analysis in today’s world. We want to work with individuals who have experience teaching communication, adaptive skills, play skills, social skills, and functional replacement behaviors at a highly individualized level.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

As a Light of HOPE supervisor, you will be tasked with evaluating and assessing a learner's current levels of performance, identifying socially valid future behaviors, and structuring ABA therapy sessions to target functionally significant behaviors across contexts. A Light of HOPE supervisor will develop not only individualized teaching protocols but also robust and ethically sound behavior intervention plans.

Benefits:

Light of HOPE ABA therapy clinic offers many benefits to its staff members. As a family-owned and family-operated business, we take pride in treating our staff like family.

  • Full-time BCBAs and BCaBAs enjoy the same benefits as our RBTs.
  • BCBAs and BCaBAs may also attend the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis (GABA) Conference.
